Walk-In Refrigerator and Freezer Installed

Faith Feeds has completed a major improvement to its location with the installation of a new walk-in refrigerator and freezer, funded primarily through a $315,100 Endeavor Health Community Investment Fund grant. Additional funding was provided by Prince of Peace Lutheran Church and the Buehler Family Foundation.

The upgrade significantly increases the pantry’s capacity to store and distribute perishable foods such as milk, eggs, produce, and meats, helping to better serve the 45,000+ neighbors who rely on Faith Feeds each year. The renovation also includes expanded space for the mobile pantry. This project enhances both the pantry’s operations and its ability to deliver fresh, nutritious food to those who need it most.

Faith Feeds celebrated the project’s completion with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on October 1, 2025, alongside partners and supporters. This milestone marks a transformative step forward in the pantry’s ongoing mission to nourish the community one neighbor at a time.
